Long-Term Care Service

Blister & Compliance Packaging

The operational backbone of safe, fast, defensible med pass.

Pre-sorted blister packs and pouches organized by date and time, so caregivers can administer with confidence.

Blister & Compliance Packaging

What this looks like in practice

Compliance packaging is the difference between a stressful med pass and a smooth one. We sort each resident's medications into clearly labeled blisters or pouches, organized by date and dose time. Your nursing team picks up the pack, administers what's labeled, and signs off — with no decoding bottle labels under time pressure.

We customize packaging to your facility's med-pass workflow. Cycle length (30/14/7 days), pack format (blister card vs pouch), labeling scheme, and PRN handling are all configurable. New residents are onboarded in 2–3 days with full medication reconciliation.

Behind the scenes, our system tracks every blister, every refill cycle, and every change. Refills arrive 3–5 days before the previous cycle ends, automatically. Discontinuations show up the next morning. Your DON sees the same view we see.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Can we keep our current pharmacy for some residents?

Yes — we onboard at whatever pace works for you. Many facilities do a phased transition starting with a single hall or unit, then expand once the workflow is proven.

What about residents on hospice or with frequent dose changes?

We re-package mid-cycle as often as clinical changes require, with no extra fee. Hospice residents typically get shorter cycles (7-day) for clinical responsiveness.

How do you handle controlled substances?

CIIs are dispensed per cycle with destruction documentation; CIIIs–Vs are integrated into the same packaging with count-friendly formats. Full DEA reconciliation built in.

What's the cost to the facility?

There is no facility fee for compliance packaging — we bill insurance for medications as we always would. The packaging is a service we include for facility partners.
