What to Expect

Medication Synchronization (Med Sync) takes a frustrating logistical chore — keeping track of when each prescription is due — and turns it into a single monthly appointment. We align all your maintenance medications to refill on the same date you pick. One trip, one pickup, no more 'oh, I'm out of my blood pressure pill.'

On your sync date each month, you (or our delivery driver) pick up everything at once. A pharmacist also calls a few days before to check in: How are you feeling? Any side effects? Any changes from your doctor we should know about? It's a built-in monthly touch-point that catches issues early.

Med Sync pairs perfectly with our compliance packaging and free home delivery. Many patients use all three together for a hands-off experience — packs arrive monthly, the pharmacist checks in, and they don't think about prescriptions in between.

How It Works

How is Med Sync different from auto-refill?

Auto-refill triggers each medication separately when its 30 days are almost up — meaning multiple pickups a month. Med Sync aligns ALL medications to the same date so it's one pickup. They can be combined.

What if my doctor changes a prescription mid-cycle?

We re-align that medication into your sync schedule on the next cycle. The transition is handled by our pharmacy; you don't have to manage anything.

Will my insurance allow the partial fills required to sync?

Almost always — Medicare Part D and most commercial plans support medication synchronization with no extra co-pay for the alignment fills. We verify before enrolling.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Med Sync is a service, not a contract. If it's not helpful, we go back to standard refills with one phone call.
