Long-Term Care Service
Free Local Delivery
On-schedule, on-demand, and on-call — your facility's pharmacy partner is always nearby.
Reliable on-schedule delivery to your facility — including STAT and after-hours runs.

What this looks like in practice
Predictable delivery is the foundation of a reliable med pass. We commit to a daily delivery window that works for your med-pass schedule, and we keep it. New admissions, dose changes, and STAT orders arrive same-day. After-hours emergency runs are handled by our 24/7 on-call pharmacist with delivery typically within 90 minutes.
Our drivers are trained on each facility's intake protocol — where to bring deliveries, who signs, where controlled substances go. They're employees of Auburn Pharmacy or vetted contractors with HIPAA training and background checks.
There's no delivery fee, no minimum order, and no surcharge for STAT, after-hours, or weekend runs. Your facility's monthly invoice doesn't have a delivery line item.

How It Works
Three simple steps.
Set your delivery window
Tell us your med-pass schedule and we set a daily delivery window that works backwards from it.
Train delivery handoff
Our driver meets your charge nurse on day one, learns the intake protocol, and is introduced to staff.
STAT/after-hours when needed
New orders or emergencies — call us; the on-call pharmacist takes it from there. ~90 min typical turnaround.
Common Questions
Frequently asked questions.
What's your service area for facility delivery?
Auburn, Worcester, and surrounding Central MA towns within ~25 miles. We also serve facilities further out on a case-by-case basis — call us with your address and we'll confirm.
What's the after-hours protocol?
Call our main line and follow the prompts to reach the on-call pharmacist. They consult, fill, and dispatch for delivery — typical end-to-end time is under 2 hours.
Do you charge for STAT runs?
No. STAT and after-hours runs are included with no fee. We don't believe in surcharges for emergencies.
How do you handle controlled-substance delivery?
Direct hand-off to a designated facility staff member with signature on a transfer log. We do not leave controlled substances at unmanned intake desks.
