Our drivers are trained pharmacy staff or vetted contractors. They wear identification, drive marked vehicles, and never leave prescriptions on a doorstep without confirmation when controlled substances or refrigerated medications are involved.
Need it today? Orders placed before 2 PM ship same-day. After 2 PM, your medication arrives the next business day. Curbside pickup is available too — call when you arrive and we'll bring everything out.

Is delivery really free? What's the catch?
Truly free. No subscription, no minimum, no surcharges — even for cold-chain medications and same-day STAT runs. We build it into our model because it's the right thing to do for our patients.
Where do you deliver?
All of Auburn and most of Worcester, Oxford, Millbury, Sutton, Charlton, Leicester, and Webster. Call us with your address and we'll confirm — we add new towns regularly.
What about refrigerated medications like insulin?
Handled with insulated containers and ice packs to maintain temperature. Delivery for cold-chain medications is direct to recipient (no doorstep drop) and signed for.
Can someone else accept my delivery?
Yes — for non-controlled medications, anyone at the address can accept. Controlled substances require the patient or an authorized representative on file.
