We integrate directly with the leading platforms (QuickMAR, MedPass, AccuFlo, EMR-Bridge, ECP, MatrixCare) so the data flows from our pharmacy system into your eMAR automatically.
Most facilities go live in 3–7 days. Our integration team works with your eMAR vendor to set up the data feed, run end-to-end test orders, and validate that scheduled doses, PRNs, and controlled substances all appear correctly. Your IT team needs to do almost nothing.
Once running, data flows continuously. New prescriptions appear in your eMAR within minutes of being entered in our system. Refill alerts, expirations, and discontinuations sync the same way. Your DON sees the same medication list we do.

Is there a setup or ongoing fee?
No setup or ongoing fee from us. Some eMAR vendors charge their own integration setup fee — we'll let you know up front if your vendor does.
What about pharmacy-to-eMAR errors when they happen?
We monitor the feed daily for any failed transmissions and alert your DON proactively. Errors are rare and almost always due to network issues on the eMAR side.
