Durable Medical Equipment

Quality medical equipment for recovery and daily life at home.

Quality medical equipment and supplies to support your recovery and daily health needs at home.

Durable Medical Equipment

What to Expect

When you or a loved one needs medical equipment — for recovery from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or aging in place — we keep a curated selection in stock and can order specialty items on request. Everything we carry is selected for quality, durability, and patient comfort.

Our team helps you choose the right equipment for your situation, navigate Medicare and insurance coverage, and learn proper use. We'd rather you get the right walker the first time than the cheapest one twice.

We also handle insurance billing for covered DME directly, so you don't have to chase reimbursement paperwork. Most Medicare-covered DME requires a doctor's prescription — we'll work with your physician to get it sorted.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Does Medicare pay for medical equipment?

Medicare Part B covers a range of DME with a doctor's prescription, typically at 80% after deductible. We'll let you know up front what your portion will be.

Can I rent equipment instead of buying?

For some items (CPAP, hospital beds, oxygen) rental is the standard model and Medicare prefers it. We'll explain when rental vs purchase makes sense for each item.

Do you sell incontinence supplies?

Yes — adult briefs, pads, and underpads. MassHealth covers incontinence supplies for many members; we can verify and bill directly.

What about return policy?

Unopened, unused equipment may be returned within 14 days with receipt. A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items. Hygiene-sensitive items can't be returned for safety reasons.
