Thao Nguyen brings deep clinical expertise to Auburn Pharmacy, with a particular focus on long-term care. She partners with assisted living residences, group homes, and skilled nursing facilities across Central Massachusetts.

Thao runs our consultant pharmacist program — performing monthly medication regimen reviews, supporting nursing teams during med pass, and keeping facilities survey-ready with thorough documentation.
